here in Huntsville, Texas while we also strive to include new
technology. With our full service medical care concept of
providing onsite lab, X-Ray and other services we are confident that you will be pleased with the medical care provided to you. Our physicans are board certified in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Pediatrics. If you are looking for a family doctor, pediatrician, or internist, Huntsville Family Medicine will be able to fill your medical needs. We are currently in network providers for many insurances including Medicare.

Lisa L. Alicea, MD
Dr. Lisa Alicea joined the practice at Huntsville Family Medicine in 2023 and has become a member of the community. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor in 2014. She graduated from her Doctorate of Medicine in 2019 and Family Medicine Residency in 2023, both from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. She is Board Certified in Family Medicine.
Mary Rosenquist, DO
Mary O. Rosenquist, DO has been in practice in Huntsville since 2008. She is board certified in Family Practice. She did her residency at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Internship at Dallas Family Hospital, Medical School at Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine, Ft. Worth, M.S. Study in Aging at North Texas State University and B.S Biochemistry at Texas A&M University College Station. Dr. Rosenquist currently accepts most insurances including Medicare. Board certified Family Practice.

Shao-Jen Chang, MD
Shao-Jen Chang, MD is board certified Internal Medicine/Pediatrics. He has served the medical needs of the Huntsville community since 2000. He has full admitting privileges to Huntsville Memorial Hospital. His Residency training was at the Internal Medicine / Pediatrics Combined Residency Program at the University of Texas at Houston Residency Program, attended the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, BS in chemistry at Baylor University, Waco.

Lane J. Aiena, MD
Dr. Lane Aiena, MD, FAAFP, moved to Walker County in 2017. He received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University in 2009 in Biological sciences with a minor in chemistry. He received his medical degree from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in 2014. After completing his residency training in Conroe, Dr. Aiena and his family moved to Huntsville. Dr. Aiena currently works as a Family Medicine physician at Huntsville Family Medicine. He remains very active at Huntsville Memorial Hospital and serves both on their executive board and as the chair of the Patient Care Committee. He also serves as the hospital’s Medicine Service Chief. Dr. Aiena was awarded “Citizen of the Year” in Walker County in 2021. He currently serves as an executive board member for the Texas Academy of Family Physicians and is the Walker-Madison-Trinity County Medical Society President.

Nicolas Alonso, DO
Dr. Nicolas Alonso is a Board Certified Family Medicine Physician originally from Spring, Texas. After obtaining degrees in Biology, Biochemistry, and Molecular Biology at Houston Baptist University, he earned his medical degree from the University Of North Texas Health Science Center College Of Osteopathic Medicine in May of 2016. Dr. Alonso completed his residency in Conroe, TX through the Conroe Medical Education Foundation Family Medicine Residency Program. While in residency he served on multiple medical committees and was chosen to serve as Chief Resident during his final year. Dr. Alonso enjoys hunting, fishing, boating, and spending time with his family.
